Today we headed to the top of a mountain overlooking the whole city. We rode the funicular to the top. Dad really enjoyed the view of course.
The top of this mountain had a really unusual mix. On the very top is this huge church and then all around it is a big old amusement park. 
We were waiting to get on the farris wheel and I was just trying to give him a little squeeze.... but he wasn't having it...
Another amazing vista, so classic.
Here we are on the farris wheel. It was probably the fastest farris wheel I have ever been on and of course daren was rocking it like crazy....super scary.
After that we went and walked around the grounds of one of the palaces. We spent most of our time on this playgound next to the palace. This was a classic moment! Nice recovery mom!
